Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

LIBRAFIRE DOO NOVI SAD respects your privacy and processes personal data transparently and only for defined purposes. This Privacy Policy applies to librafire.com, its contact and quote forms, and related communications.

1. Controller and contact details

The controller is LIBRAFIRE DOO NOVI SAD, Tihomira Ostojića 10, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Registration number: 21304611. Tax identification number: 110136968.

Privacy requests can be sent to info@librafire.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

2. Personal data we process

  • Inquiry and quote data: name, email address, subject, message, project details, attachments and any information you choose to provide.
  • Business relationship data: company, role, phone number, project, contractual, billing and communication information when relevant to a client or partner relationship.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers and page interactions.
  • Security data: information used to detect spam, abuse, malicious traffic and attempts to compromise the website.

Please do not submit special-category personal data, confidential credentials or information that is not needed for your request.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR:

  • to answer inquiries, prepare proposals and take steps requested before a contract;
  • to perform contracts and manage client or partner relationships;
  • to meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
  • for our legitimate interests in protecting the website, preventing fraud and spam, maintaining business communications, and improving our services, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights;
  • based on consent for optional analytics and marketing measurement technologies.

You may withdraw optional technology consent at any time through Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Forms and communications

Contact and quote forms are powered by WordPress and Formidable Forms. Submissions and attachments may be stored on our website infrastructure and delivered to our team by the email service configured for the website. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical request information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.

Providing required form fields is necessary for us to respond. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to handle the request. We do not use inquiry content for unrelated email marketing without a separate lawful basis.

5. Analytics and marketing measurement

Optional technologies are disabled until you make a choice:

  • Google Analytics 4 measures visits and page performance.
  • Smartlook helps us understand page interaction and usability. Form inputs are intended to remain masked and are not intentionally recorded.
  • Meta Pixel measures campaign and website events when marketing measurement is accepted.

You can accept, reject or change these categories through the preference control. More detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

6. Security and external services

We use security, hosting, caching, backup and monitoring providers to operate and protect the website. Wordfence may process IP addresses and request information to identify malicious activity. Pages may also contain Google Maps, YouTube content and links to social networks. External providers process data under their own privacy notices when their services load or when you interact with them.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to authorized LibraFire personnel and providers that support hosting, forms, email delivery, security, analytics and campaign measurement. Relevant providers include Google, Cloudflare, Smartlook, Meta and Wordfence/Defiant. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside Serbia, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where required, transfers rely on contractual safeguards, adequacy mechanisms or another lawful transfer basis. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

8. Retention

  • Inquiry and quote data is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication, unless a contract, legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention.
  • Client, contractual, accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and legitimate legal needs.
  • Security and server records are kept for the period reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, maintain security and resolve incidents.
  • Google Analytics user-level data is retained for the period configured in our Analytics property, up to the limits available in the service. Smartlook data is retained for the period configured in our account.
  • Your privacy preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.

Data may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed, or retained longer when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We may request enough information to verify identity before acting on a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. If GDPR applies to your situation, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your EEA country.

10. Children and automated decisions

The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through the website. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

11. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, software maintenance, security monitoring and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on the website when appropriate.

13. Contact

Questions and rights requests can be sent to info@librafire.com or through our contact page.
