NDA and Confidentiality

The objection everyone raises first

Handing a client relationship to another agency feels like handing over the client. It is the reasonable worry, and it deserves a plain answer rather than reassurance.

We will sign your NDA. If you do not have one we will sign ours, and you are welcome to have a lawyer mark it up. Non-solicitation of your clients is in it either way, and it survives the end of the project.

What white-label means here

Our name appears nowhere: not in the footer, not in the code comments, not in the commit history if you would rather it did not. Deliverables carry your branding.

If you want us on a client call we join under your brand, introduced however you choose. If you would rather we never appear, we never appear.

What we will not do

We will not contact your client during the project or after it. We will not use their name in our portfolio without your written approval, which means most of our best work is not on this website.

We will not quote a job we know is yours if that client approaches us directly. We tell you instead.

Why we are strict about this

Not principle, arithmetic. Partner work is around half our revenue and it arrives through repeat relationships and referrals between agencies who talk to each other.

Poaching one client would end that. It is the single most expensive thing we could do to ourselves, which is a more durable guarantee than any clause.

Practical details

We are a registered company in Serbia with offices in Novi Sad, and people in Miami and Nijmegen. We invoice in EUR or USD. We carry our own professional liability cover and can send the certificate.

For GDPR purposes we act as a processor on your instructions, and we will sign a DPA alongside the NDA where your client requires one.

Ask us for the paperwork before you commit to anything. We would rather you read it first.
