We build it. You ship it. Your client never hears our name.
About half of what LibraFire does is delivered under someone else’s brand. Agencies come to us when they have won work they cannot staff, inherited a codebase nobody wants to open, or need a second team that will not try to own the client relationship.
We have been doing this since 2014, from Novi Sad with people in Miami and Nijmegen. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, which is why our estimates tend to survive contact with the work.
What we take on
WordPress custom themes, plugins and WooCommerce. Drupal modules, themes and migrations. Laravel and custom web applications when a CMS is the wrong answer.
Also the work nobody advertises: rescuing a build that went wrong, taking over a site from an agency that has gone quiet, and untangling something a freelancer left behind.
How we price it
Fixed scope where the requirements are genuinely fixed, and a day rate where they are not, because pretending otherwise produces change requests and bad feeling.
You mark it up however you like. We never quote your client, never see your margin, and have no opinion about it.
The three things agencies actually ask
Will you approach my client? No. It is in the contract, and it would end a referral stream worth considerably more than any single project.
Who talks to the client? Whatever you prefer. Most partners keep us entirely behind the scenes. Some put us on calls under their brand when the technical detail gets deep. Both work.
What happens when something breaks at 6pm on a Friday? You get a named person, not a ticket queue. We are in European hours with overlap into US mornings.
Where to go next
How a partnership works covers engagement models, communication and what we need from you to start.
NDA and confidentiality sets out exactly what we sign and what white-labelling means in practice.
Working with your team is for agencies who already have developers and need capacity rather than a whole team.
Or just tell us what you have got. We will say honestly whether we are the right team for it.
